Nur AI uygulamasını kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

Nur AI, namaz vakitleri, Kur'an-ı Kerim okuma/dinleme, dua koleksiyonu, Kıble pusulası, zikirmatik ve İslami yapay zeka asistanı gibi özellikler sunan bir mobil uygulamadır.

2. Kullanım Koşulları

• Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz.
• AI sohbet özelliğini kötüye kullanmak, uygunsuz içerik oluşturmaya çalışmak yasaktır.
• Uygulamanın tersine mühendislik yapılması yasaktır.
• Diğer kullanıcılara zarar verecek faaliyetlerde bulunmak yasaktır.

3. Yapay Zeka Asistanı

Nur AI yapay zeka asistanı, Kur'an-ı Kerim ve hadis kaynaklarına dayalı bilgi sunmaktadır. Ancak:

• AI yanıtları, uzman dini görüş yerine geçmez.
• Önemli dini meseleler için yetkili din alimleri ile görüşmenizi öneririz.
• AI tarafından verilen yanıtların doğruluğu garanti edilmez.

4. Abonelik ve Ödeme

• Uygulama ücretsiz olarak temel özelliklerle kullanılabilir.
• Premium abonelik, Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir.
• Abonelikler, süre dolmadan 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• Ücretsiz deneme süresi sona erdikten sonra, seçilen paket üzerinden ücretlendirilir.
• Abonelik yönetimi ve iptali için: iOS Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki tüm içerik, tasarım, kod ve markalar Nur AI'ye aittir. İzinsiz kopyalama, dağıtma veya değiştirme yasaktır.

6. Sorumluluk Sınırlandırması

Nur AI, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez. Uygulama kullanımından kaynaklanan doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler uygulama içinden veya bu sayfa üzerinden bildirilecektir.

By using the Nur AI application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Nur AI is a mobile application offering prayer times, Quran reading/listening, dua collection, Qibla compass, dhikr counter, and an Islamic AI assistant.

2. Usage Conditions

• You may only use the app for lawful purposes.
• Misusing the AI chat feature or attempting to generate inappropriate content is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering the application is prohibited.
• Engaging in activities that harm other users is prohibited.

3. AI Assistant

The Nur AI assistant provides information based on Quran and Hadith sources. However:

• AI responses do not replace expert religious opinions.
• We recommend consulting qualified religious scholars for important matters.
• The accuracy of AI responses is not guaranteed.

4. Subscription and Payment

• The app can be used free with basic features.
• Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• After the free trial ends, you will be charged at the selected plan rate.
• To manage or cancel subscriptions: iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in the application belongs to Nur AI. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nur AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from app usage.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the app or this page.
